The purpose of Life Everybody has his own point of view about the purpose of life. some people say that 1: We believe that we are sent to earth to get a body, have families and follow all of God's commandments to return to live with Him. 2: The purpose of life is simply this: To prepare to meet God. The steps to get there is where it gets a little bit more complex. We came here to earth to gain a body, through the fall of Adam and Eve we then gained the ability to choose between good and evil.
